I used this setup in my old computer for 3+ years and loved it, but then I built a new rig, and this got boxed away and put in the closet where it's been sitting for over a year.  I'm finally deciding to part it out but haven't hooked it up to confirm if it still functions flawlessly.  So please bear that in mind when considering this combo, you are buying this as-is, it has been in storage and I don't have a current machine to hook it up to.  With that said, it's a spectacular combo that includes the legendary (discontinued) Intel® Core™ i7-980X Extreme Edition Processor (12M Cache, 3.33 GHz) and 12GB of Corsair Dominator RAM.  You will receive everything you see in the pictures, which includes I/O shield (padded) and 2 SATA cables.  Please feel free to ask questions before purchasing.
Side note: In one of my other auctions, I am also parting with the ASUS MARS ROG (GTX 760 x2) video card that ran with this motherboard/CPU combo and brought me a lot of joy!
