    I believe the CPU fan header has gone bad. The CPU fan is currently plugged into a chassis fan header, so it is still moving air. Please note that the board will throw a CPU fan error on startup because of this. The CPU idles at around 35C with the CPU fan at about 1300rpm hooked up to the chassis fan header.
