I'm selling my like-new Gigabyte Z170N Gaming 5 ITX motherboard with an Intel i7 6700k pre-installed.  I'm also including 16GB (8GB x 2) of Corsair 3200 LPX DDR4 memory and a Corsair H80i V2 liquid cooler (includes 2 120mm fans)!!  This setup has never been overclocked and is in 100% working order!  These components make for a great creator's or gaming rig.  By adding a modern GPU, it will absolutely push modern games!  I'm also including the original factory packaging for everything but the processor.
If you're building a new machine from scratch, all you'll need is a case, a PSU, a HDD/SSD, and some thermal paste to attach the cooler and you'll be ready to rock!
