Maker: HILLIARD & THOMASON ( Chester) / and  William Aitkin ( Birmingham)
314 grams solid silver weight,The item is in amazing COMPLETE unharmed condition..WOW it certainly does not get better than this ! Considerably RARE due to this age and use and COMPLETE nature.!It even has the safety chain attached.Each Item is Hall marked for Chester 1898 UK England.And Birmingham 1908, Every main chain link is HM & is a Tulip motif depicting the Art Nouveau period.and the main Buckle is Fully backstamped for Chester on both sides 1898  There are NO stains , NO damage and NO repairs,NO restorations, light scuff marks and scratches conducive with age and use, nothing really, There is no monogram and no other major stories.
