Vintage 1970s Adidas Track Jacket Striped Velour Mens Size S

Description

This is a vintage Adidas track jacket dating to the 1970s.
This Adidas track jacket is in a pale yellow beige colour with a series of three stripes across the entire jacket in a sequence of rust red, darker red and black. It has a brown zipper front with a fairly wide collar that can be zipped up to hug the neck or worn open. The cuffs and bottom are made of brown elasticized ribbing.
It is pre-owned, but in very good condition.
The label reads “®Adidas” in blue and has multiple other black “Adidas” in various sizes and S” with the registered Trefoil logo.
The circled S is for size small - please rely on the following measurements for fit, keeping in mind the style of the this Adidas track jacket and the stretchability of the 75% cotton and 25% polyester blended velour fabric:

17” across shoulder/sleeve seams
Sleeves:
23 1/2” from the shoulder/sleeve seam and 32” from the mid-neck
Sleeve inseam:
19 1/2”
Chest:
41” around, 21 1/2” across pit-to-pit
Bottom:
28” around, stretches out to about 34” max
As mentioned, this Adidas track jacket is in very clean condition with no signs of pronounced wear or tear, no staining or odour.
This is a wonderful “old school” Adidas track jacket in a design that is rarely seen - great addition to a wardrobe!
