This is a used take out hard drive removed from work Xbox One X systems. You can put it in ANY Xbox one system.
I provide printed instructions on how to pair the new drive.
Drive has been formatted, checked for errors, and reloaded with factory oem files. I then test each drive and make sure they have the latest system update. Due to this I require 48-72 hours lead time before shipping.
In order to install this drive you must have the proper tools and ability to remove the old hard drive, install this one in its place, and then follow the Microsoft directions to pair the new drive with your system. At a minimum this requires a T10 & T9 Torx bit screw driver and a USB flash drive to force a offline system update to pair the new drive. ifixit dot com is a great resource for step by step instructions on how to disassemble and reassemble the xbox.

This hard drive has been properly formatted and partitioned to accept the XBOX ONE File system. When you receive this hard drive you will have to first install it then go online to the Microsoft website and download the most recent OSU1 file, put it on a thumb drive, and use it to update your system for this drive to work.
